Okay, so have you ever felt like you needed something to satisfy your sweet tooth in order to do your homework? Or have you ever craved a warm chocolate chip cookie on a rainy day? Well, spring is the season of rainy days and piles of homework for those of you in High School. So, get home from school, make yourself one of these easy, two minute, delectable cookies in a bowl and snuggle up to get some studying or reading done. Here's how:)

2 Minute Cookie in a Bowl

1 1/2 tbsp. white granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. beaten egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions~

-Mix all the wet ingredients, including the sugars together.
-Once mixed well, add the dry ingredients.
-Add chocolate chips in last.
-Bake it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
-Let it cool and add a scoop of cool whip and some chocolate syrup drizzled on top if you're feeling REALLY daring:)

Next time you need to study hard for a test coming up or escape the rain and muck outside and dive into that REALLY GOOD BOOK you're currently reading, this awesome cookie in a bowl would make an excellent companion:)

Be yourself, which in my case means, confidently crazy! Enjoy!
